CTMP | July 7 - 9, 2016
We were on track today for two testing session at CTMP. Official practices and qualifying are tomorrow. Wet track and red flags reduced our on track time coupled with getting collected in a multi-car spin when another competitor lost their engine. Crew did a fabulous job getting the car race ready. Qualified in P8, ran as high P2 at the change over, Remo finished in P8.
Lime Rock | July 22 - 23, 2016
There is no test day at Lime Rock Park.
Friday's schedule - practice #1 at 10:05, practice #2 at 1:00, qualifying at 3:25. Saturday's race - 10:00 - 12:30. Forecast - hot temps in the 90's.
Co-driver this weekend was Philip Bloom who qualified the #18 to a P18 on the grid, ran the first stint and turned the car over a lap down in P20. Crew had another fabulous pit stop and driver change went well. Did you see the temps and track temp during the race? It was hot out and the cool suit failure made my just over 1hr 30 minute stint a hot one behind the wheel. Held off a charging Piscitell and finished in P10.
