Belle Isle Bound

Round 4 of the The Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli heads to the street circuit of Belle Isle for the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix presented by Lear this weekend. I look forward to turning my first laps on the 13-corner 2.34 mile track on Friday in the No.24 Heritage Motorsports TA2 Ford Mustang prepped and supported by Mike Cope Race Cars.

Updates will be posted throughout the weekend. Here is the on-track schedule:

• Friday - 07:45 Practice #1, 12:15 Practice #2, Both practices sessions and qualifying were red flagged providing limited time on track.

• Friday - 3:00 Qualifying - Out lap is the only lap turned in qualifying before the session was red flagged, will start P8 for Sunday's race.

• Sunday - Race 11:45 - 1:00pm - Disappointing end to the weekend - DNF after L5 mechanical failure. Onto Indy for Round 5
