Dillon Machavern Grabs Sebring Podium and Win for Panic Motorsports in Miata

Altamonte Springs, FL/February 11, 2014-

Dillon Machavern took to the track with Panic Motorsports at Sebring International Raceway for an action-packed and hotly-contested SCCA event. The defending SARRC GT1 and Spec Miata Tarheel Cup Pro champion finished the weekend off with a hard-fought podium finish in Super Touring Lite and a victory in Spec Miata.

Dillon was obviously pleased with the final results: “I’m happy I could end the weekend with not only a 3rd-place finish in STL but a win in Spec Miata, especially after having to deal some electrical troubles while leading a race earlier in the weekend. Overall it was a really great event, and I think was an excellent opportunity to get a bit more track time in ahead of my next race there.”

That next race will be with the Mitchum Motorsports BMW 128i in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, where Dillon will look to build off his solid start in the series’2014 season opener.
